Studio Rental Rates
Lighting for photography and video production, as well as grip equipment, is included with every studio rental. Additional equipment and options are available for a fee. See the Equipment page for details.
Hourly Rates
Rates are based on the total number of people in the studio during your rental. Please provide an accurate group size when booking.
01–06 people — $55/hour
07–12 people — $65/hour
13–18 people — $75/hour
19&up people — Please inquire
Multi-Day Lockout
For multi-day bookings where you need to leave your setup in place overnight, a $75 overnight lockout fee applies. The studio will be locked when you leave, and no one other than the studio owner will enter until you return the following day.
Rental Time & Load-Out
Your rental time includes your complete load-in and load-out. Please allow enough time at the end of your session to return the studio to the condition in which you found it and remove all of your equipment and belongings. See the Studio Rules page for complete details regarding load-out and overtime. Groups expected to have an unusually heavy impact on the studio may require an additional fee and/or security deposit.
